What are Industrial Gear Oils?

Different Types of This Oil

Two common types are 220 gear oil and 320 gear oil. The former is a type of synthetic oil that leads to minimal friction and increased energy savings. It is often used in steel mills, wind turbines, and the chemical process industry. The latter is designed for operations in harsh environments, providing superior wear protection and oxidation resistance. It is often used in the mining, cement, and steel industries. It can also be used to repair misaligned, worn, or damaged transmissions.
