These are custom shells usually made of porcelain or plastic to cover the front side of a tooth in order to change their shape or color. These are longer-lasting than bonding and they offer better results while being less expensive than crowns. Veneers can help if there is space between the teeth, if the teeth are worn or chipped, if the teeth are stained, or if they are crooked or poorly shaped.
