What are Wax Melts?
Wax melts are small pieces of fragrant infused wax that is melted over very low heat. Wax melts come in different sizes and scents. Wax melts do not have a wick; instead, the wax melts are designed to be slowly warmed in a wax warmer to release their fragrance.
How to Use Wax Melts
Woodwick wax melts come in small squares that are placed inside a wax warmer. The burner can be heated by a tea light or a small electric burner. As the wax melts, the aroma will be fragrant for up to 20 hours per wax square.
When you are finished using the wax melts, just turn off the heat source. The wax will solidify. When you are ready to reuse them, just turn the warmer back on.
After you have finished with the wax melts and are ready to dispose of them, allow the wax melts to harden. Then turn the heat source back on for a few minutes to loosen the wax. The wax should pop right on out.
